Open at 5pm.

On the Dance Floor

Ask and Accept Graciously

Anyone may ask anyone to dance. Accept with a smile, and if you decline, do so politely.

Respect the Space

Keep your moves to your own space so neighboring couples have room.

Dance to Your Partner

Match your partner's comfort and skill. The goal is that both of you have fun.

Welcome Newcomers

Every member was new once. Invite beginners to dance and be patient with them.

Keep It Friendly

Teaching on the dance floor should be kind and only when asked.

Thank Your Partner

End every dance with a thank you.

Around the Club

  • Arrive when doors open at 5pm for the best time with friends.
  • Thank the DJ and support the venue that hosts our dance night.
  • Be friendly to guests and new members at every event.
  • Stay safe and have a designated driver after parties and SOS weekends.
  • Respect the traditions of rhythm and blues, beach and shag music that the club upholds.
